Having worked for a long time as an actor in the plastic theater “Tree”, Didenko combines all theatrical genres at once, from drama to musicals and modern dance.
On the big stage of Gogol Center you will see a complex and large-scale production with live music and lots of actors involved. One of the characteristic features of Didenko's works is the etude method of acting and directing. The play is created by the director together with the actors, who become equal co-authors here.
“I really like the thought of Nahum Kleiman that art, unlike science, sees the world not in parts, but in its entirety. And the mission of art is to return to the person an archaic holistic perception of the world. We took all the texts of Harms that we managed to find, and for six months we studied them in a variety of ways. They read, sang, thought them, danced, were silent, wore objects. There was a lot of things. So far these are parts of MYRA. ”
-Maxim Didenko, director
The premiere occurred on March 7, 2015.
